Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43504404) dated (10/15/1443 AH) regarding the circular of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing regarding Article (fifth). From the Contractors Classification System issued by Royal Decree No. (M/9) dated (18/01/1443 AH), which states, "The financial limits for each grade are determined and modified by a decision of the Minister after agreement with the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Economy and Planning," and regarding Ministerial Resolution No. (1/4300592865) and dated (24/08/1443 AH) regarding the approval of approving classification fields (activities), its degrees and financial limits.
